Lime Grilled Fish with Fresh Salsa

A hearty, healthy meal packed with protein and busting with tangy flavor that will make your mouth water! This recipe makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 miracle berry tablet
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 (1 pound total) Firm Fish filets, such as orange roughy or red snapper thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 Lime cut into 4 slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare a charcoal grill, or preheat the broiler and prepare the broiler pan with nonstick pan spray.
  2. Combine the oil and lime juice; brush over the fish. Grill or broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat source until the fish is opaque, about 6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Serve immediately, topped with salsa and fresh lime slices
